Having doubts about the Truehope program for bipolar disorder

n antidepressants for bipolar disorder right now and my
husband wants to have a child. The doctor says that with being on the drugs I
won’t be able to become pregnant because they will harm the baby. He also says
that I can’t come off my drugs or I will be putting myself in danger. I told him
about the Truehope supplement and he said that vitamins and minerals probably
wouldn’t help with bipolar disorder. The doctor is actually advising me to get
an operation so I won’t be able to get pregnant. I don’t know if I should go
against his directions and go on Truehope for my bipolar disorder or stay on the
drugs and eventually get an operation.
